Nova Scotia

Cabot Trail in Nova Scotia! 🤩 I shared some of these in my story earlier this week, so they may look a little familiar. I've been a bit off the grid the last few days, so am behind on post updates.

It's pretty serendipitous that I even went to Nova Scotia at all, to be honest. My original thought was to head northwest after leaving Prince Edward Island and go through Quebec City. A few weeks ago though while I was in New Brunswick, I unexpectedly stumbled upon an awesome little Canadian motorsports museum called Maritime Motorsports Hall Of Fame. That was cool enough of a surprise as it was, but then walking out to the parking lot afterwards I met @wg__media and @owenturnbull14 who were admiring the 02. We got to chatting about fun local roads, and they recommended Cabot Trail in Nova Scotia. I looked it up, and decided I definitely had to go do that! Thanks again Will and Owen.

Even ended up scoring a camping spot in Cape Breton Highlands National Park, and did quite a bit of hiking over the weekend. Super cool turn of events and yeah Nova Scotia is just beautiful. I was really wishing I could stay another week and see more of the province.

P.S. When you're at the northeastern tip, you're actually closer to Ireland than you are to the U.S. west coast. As the crow flies it's 2,800 miles to San Fran, versus 2,600 miles to Ireland 🤯
